Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
Beamllearth provides walking habit development coaching services. Because our offerings are service-based rather than physical products, this policy outlines cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for coaching sessions and session packages.
2. Session Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be counted as a completed session at our discretion.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
- Threshold Session ($75): Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or after the session has occurred.
- Four-Week Path ($260): Partial refund for unused sessions if cancelled before the second session. After the second session, no refund is available for remaining sessions.
- Seasonal Companion ($680): Partial refund for unused sessions if cancelled within the first two weeks. After two weeks or after the third session, no refund is available for remaining sessions.
4. Cancellation by Beamllearth
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Digital Content
Access to the Blueprint Library and Companion Log on our Website is provided free of charge and is not subject to refunds. Access to the Landmark Portal is included with paid coaching packages and follows the refund terms of the associated package.
7. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a coaching session, please contact us within 7 days of the session date. We will review your concern and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session or partial refund where appropriate.
